Data controller

Xavier Domènech (Barcelona Toyohari Tools), Barcelona (Spain). Email: xavier@toyoharitools.com.

Data and purpose

The data you send with the form (name, email, phone, country, message and, if you add one, your order) is used only to answer your question, prepare quotes and handle orders.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form and, for orders, steps taken before entering into a contract and the performance of that contract.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal obligations.

Recipients

Data is not passed on to third parties unless required by law. The website and the form run on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as data processor. To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical data from the browser and device to tell people apart from automated programs (Turnstile privacy addendum).

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request data portability by writing to xavier@toyoharitools.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only the form's spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use technical data that is strictly necessary to detect bots. Videos are served from this website, without third-party services.

If you add tools to your order, the selection is kept only in your browser (local storage) so that it is not lost when you move between pages. It is not sent anywhere until you send the form, and it is deleted when you do.
